To create an automotive repair facility that performs excellent quality repairs and service;
To create an automotive repair facility that attracts the most highly skilled employees in the marketplace;
To use automotive parts that are manufactured as high quality and sold by reputable firms;
To create estimates and invoice documentation that complies with the laws and regulations of any state the member conducts business;
To create a system to retain all parts replaced for client inspection, if so requested; at the time of the initial estimate;
To create an atmosphere of high standards within the automotive profession and find ways to correct abuses within;
To create goodwill between the motoring public and the automotive profession;
To create an atmosphere of personal responsibility to their clients;
To promote a high level of integrity for all association members;
To create marketing which is clear and unlikely to mislead the public.
