  • To create an automotive repair facility that performs excellent quality repairs and service;

  • To create an automotive repair facility that attracts the most highly skilled employees in the marketplace;

  • To use automotive parts that are manufactured as high quality and sold by reputable firms;

  • To create estimates and invoice documentation that complies with the laws and regulations of any state the member conducts business;

  • To create a system to retain all parts replaced for client inspection, if so requested; at the time of the initial estimate;

  • To create an atmosphere of high standards within the automotive profession and find ways to correct abuses within;

  • To create goodwill between the motoring public and the automotive profession;

  • To create an atmosphere of personal responsibility to their clients;

  • To promote a high level of integrity for all association members;

  • To create marketing which is clear and unlikely to mislead the public.
